  This is an overview of our cream machines.

  They were developed more than 35 years ago by the founder of Hagesana, Hans Gelenkirchen. Since then the original system was always further developed and of course we still work on improving our world-leading technology.

  The focus of our engineers in recent stages was to improve the handling of the machine and to make the sterilization unit even more efficient.

  Hagesana was a pioneer in the field of shortening filters for fryers. By the end of the 1980s these fiters were developed together with our custumers. Especially the rising awareness for hygene was the breakthrough for this machine.
  
  Nowadays we can offer efficient filtering systems for almost every size. As you save shortening, you save money and have always a clean fryer, reduce the costs for cleaning and the original flavor of your product reaches always your customers.
